Purpose of Deliberation

1. Train to voice opinions (ideas)

2. Problems can be solved immediately

By deliberation, it will be possible to obtain several alternative ways in solving a problem involving common interests. A different opinion from others may be better than our own. For that it is very important to hold hearings with other people.

3. The decisions taken have the value of justice

Deliberation is a process of hearing in which the decisions taken are based on mutual agreement among members. The agreement taken certainly does not contain an element of coercion in it. So that all members can carry out the results of the decision with full responsibility and without any element of coercion.

4. The results of the decisions taken can benefit all parties

Decisions taken in a deliberation may not harm one of the parties or members in the deliberation. So that later the results decided can be accepted and implemented by all members with full sincerity.
